Honoring Life & Death

Anderson Cooper, commendably, featured Diane Elder, a mother who did not abort her baby when she found out the baby had a fatal genetic defect.  Instead, Diane respected her baby's life, and Angela was born and died in 12 hours time.  Diane willingly and lovingly accepted the pain of her daughter's short life rather than prematurely ending it through abortion.

"Gay" Gene?

The American Psychological Association recently revised their view of whether or not there is a "gay" gene and homosexuality is genetically determined.  Eleven years ago, their official statement was that there was such a genetic link.  Now, they've revised that statement reflecting the lack of research confirming such a gene.
